Candice's teaching interests include (but are not limited to): service marketing, sales management, professional selling, digital and social media marketing, consumer behavior, marketing management, advertising and promotions, marketing strategy/research, and principles of marketing.
Candice's more than twenty years of professional experience have shaped her approach in the classroom. She has managed the expectations of many stakeholders, including CEOs and CMOs, managers and frontline employees, and both B2B and B2C customers. Similarly, in the classroom, she takes providing a quality work product both seriously and personally. She views students as customers whose needs she aims to meet, as employees she is responsible for training, and as professionals she is developing who will help shape the future of our field. Given that she takes great pride in her work, she pushes students to reach their full potential but does so in a way that also nurtures their spirit and confidence.
