Candice Marti is a fourth-year doctoral candidate in the Department of Marketing at the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University (LSU). Before pursuing a Ph.D. at LSU, Candice held marketing leadership positions in multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, advertising, public health, and transportation.
Candice's research interests broadly include service marketing and the organizational frontline, with her primary areas of interest centering around exploring the intersections of service, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior research, including:

· Service failure and recovery
· Consumer and societal well-being
· Service management
· Retailing
· Firm strategy at the sales-service interface

· Stakeholder engagement and multi-actor collaboration

Candice earned her B.A. in social science with a minor in psychology and her M.B.A. with an emphasis in marketing and international business from Chapman University in Orange, CA.
